You will receive an email from Keys & Collars with an invoice attached the day before services begin. You may pay with a Credit Card through this email. We also accept payments through Venmo (@keysandcollars). & of course, Checks or Cash are always accepted.
Payment can be made within 14 days of receiving the invoice. You may also leave payment for the Team Member.
Absolutely! We want you to feel totally comfortable with the Team Member(s) chosen for your fur kids! After introducing you to our Team Member(s) assigned to your home, we coordinate the best time for everyone to meet. During the Meet & Greet, it is best to go over the pet’s routines and schedules, as well as access to the home. Please allow up to 1 hour for Meet & Greets.

Yes! But you will meet each one before they have access to your home. Since a majority of our Team has full-time jobs, family, kids, and/or pets of their own, we want to be sure you have the coverage needed for your family. This helps in those unforeseen circumstances of car troubles, schedule conflicts, sick days, or any of life’s curveballs.

Anytime you are in need of one of our services. Once received, we will contact you with coverage availability. This is the best (and quickest) way to reach our Team with all the essential information regarding the service requested; and therefore, we assign the best fitting Team Member for your home. You will also receive a confirmation email of your request for your record.

We do! We have provided care to: dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, turtles, guinea pigs, parrots, rats, chameleons, mules, horses, geckos & fish. As long as you are willing to show us how to take care of your pet in the best way, we are always open to learning!
Nope! All these services are included. Please feel free to let us know how we can help keep up with your home.
We can add the tip to your invoice prior to payment, or you may Venmo the tip to @keysandcollars. Cash tips may always be left for the Team Member.
We like to update you in real time, so our Team Member will notify you of when they’ve arrived at your home and when they have left your home, as well as updates and pictures in between. Due to excitement, we do get a little crazy with photos and videos, so be ready!
